Nov 24	VIP-Heinke Ltd secures contracts to supply segment gaskets for tunneling projects in Perth, Australia, Madrid Metro and Navarra, Spain. The combined length of these tunnels will be more than 10 Kilometres and contracts are expected to run throughout 2005.
April 20	VIP-Heinke secures an agreement to supply major international strategic partner with precision injection moulded E.V.A. and Polyurethane components. VIP-Heinke report increase in sales of 14 % for the 2003/4 financial year. This increase comes from both existing customers and a successful new-business drive. VIP-Heinke complete final delivery of over 1,500,000 metres of Tunnel Segment Gaskets to Channel Tunnel Rail Link Phase 2.
2003
July 20	VIP-Heinke now accredited to ISO 9001:2000.
May 29	New injection and compression presses now installed. VIP-Heinke now has increased capacity and the facilities to manufacture plastic precision mouldings.
Jan 18	New Pipe Seal contracts secured for the Middle East valued at GBP300K.
Jan 10	VIP-Heinke now audited and recommended by the Auditors for the British Standards Institute to be approved for ISO9001:2000 status.
2002
Oct 20	New Extruder now commissioned.
Aug 17	VIP-Heinke signs contracts for delivery of two 300 tonne Injection Moulding machines with automated de-loading. Also purchased are a large Compression Moulding Press and an Extruder. This and further capital investments totalling GBP 1.1 million are planned over the next 12 months.
Aug 2	VIP-Heinke selected to supply Gaskets for several Spanish Tunnelling contracts with a total value in excess of GBP 1.5 million.
July 9	VIP-Heinke wins major contract for the supply of Pipe Seals for the Middle East valued at over GBP 1 million.
Feb 13	VIP-Heinke is acquired by consortium of Close Brothers Private Equity Ltd., and the Management team of Grove Industries. John Millar is appointed General Manager of VIP-Heinke Ltd.
